本校學生於迪士尼度假區內實地考察，認識款客服務專業領域的日常運作和所需技能。學生掌握款客服務業的基本運作概念及所需技能。在富經驗的演藝人員指導下，學生分析迪士尼款客服務的特色，並深入探討行業的營運管理模式。

Students got the chance to observe the daily operations of hospitality services in the Resort and learnt about the required skills in the industry. The activity gave them an overview of the basic aspects of hospitality services. Under the guidance of veteran cast members from the Resort, students gained invaluable insights into the uniqueness of Disney Guest services and acquire a better understanding about the operation and management of an integrated resort.
