歷史文化學堂 - 蛋撻奶茶工作坊

The History Department of our school nominated Form 3 students to participate in an intangible cultural heritage workshop (Egg Tarts and Milk Tea), organized by the Hong Kong Chinese Culture Development Association and funded by the Quality Education Fund. Mr. Yip, the winner of the International KamCha Competition, served as the instructor for this event. He explained the historical and cultural significance of Cantonese cuisine and showed the production method of egg tarts and milk tea. The activity provided students with a deeper understanding of Chinese culinary culture and enhanced their sense of belonging to their own ethnicity. Their knowledge of history and culture, as well as their sense of national identity, were all increased through this event.
